Won through a successful competition entry, RSA were commissioned to undertake an extensive feasibility study to develop the Bishops Stortford Community Church in Hertfordshire.
Following the decision to move to larger premises, the aim of the project was to maximize the development potential by technically evaluating redevelopment options.
These options included residential townhouses, and flats, open-plan and cellularised offices, restaurants and nightclubs and retail units.
The project succeeded in providing the church a clear and profitable direction for their future.
