The project extends and converts an existing residential bungalow into a 75 place Children Pre-School nursery.
The Nursery is to be organized to create a central administration and heart to the building around which a baby zone, toddler zone and pre-school zone are organised.
The building will be extended over a redundant swimming pool, which is to be converted into an exciting ‘play den’ with slide access. Support spaces include a laundry, kitchen, sensory room and service access.
The extensive gardens will be creatively landscaped to promote exercise and outdoor activity.
