Proposals are based upon the provision of a 1.1 hectare site (net), accommodating a four-class 1-form entry (Junior) Primary School with shared use community facilities (including infrastructure and facilities capable of accommodating a seven class 1 form-entry (JMI) school).
The building will be designed to accommodate community uses, including the provision of a shared use hall and ancillary accommodation. The School siting and design have evolved in response to urban design objectives established within the illustrative masterplan for 330 new residential units.
The building incorporates extensive renewable energy provisions and sustainable credentials.
