Whilst working as Project Director / Architect in London with Cartwright Pickard Architects, Rud Sawers helped win the competition entry and completed this office project which provides 30,000sqm of low energy, flexible workplace. Natural/mixed mode ventilation and good day lighting levels have helped to create high quality office space that has been awarded a BREEAM Excellent rating. Low energy, sustainable drivers were fundamental to the success of the design of the project.
The project was used as an exemplar by CABE as a successful PFI project.
