Slowlands, Shaldon

RSA have been commissioned to undertake full detailed design and production information services for a modern house on the outskirts of Shaldon.

Using a selection of natural materials such as cedar shingles and local stone, the organic building form nestles into a sloping site overlooking the Estuary.

The construction utilises a steel frame with timber cladding infills, together with a number of off-site production techniques such as posi-joist/roof system to maximise clear spanning potential and offer a speedier construction.

Working with project management team, Ease Developments, RSA have compiled the design team to achieve building regulations approval and detail the building to allow packaged procurement.
